
Join Our 2026 Couch to 5K (C25K) Programme
Our Couch to 5K programme is designed to support new and returning runners. It helps them gradually build up their fitness in a structured, friendly, and supportive environment. The programme will prepare participants to complete a 5K run and culminates in a parkrun graduation.
Programme Details
Start Date: Monday, 11th May 2026
Meeting Day: Every Monday
Time: 8:00 PM
Location: Heaton Park, Sheepfoot Lane Car Park, M25 4SW
Graduation Run: Saturday, 11th July 2026 (parkrun)
All sessions will meet at Sheepfoot Lane Car Park. They will progressively build distance. Participants will also gain confidence over the course of the programme.

For those looking to continue their running journey, we also offer a 10K development programme. It is designed for runners who wish to progress beyond 5K.
How to Join the C25K Programme
- Sign up – Fill out the registration form below.
- Pay £15 – Transfer the programme fee using the bank details provided.
- Turn up and run – Join us at 8:00 PM on Monday, 11th May 2026 at Sheepfoot Lane Car Park.
