9 Harriers competed this weekend in Rivington Pike fell race. This classic race (one of the oldest, originating over 100 years ago) involves an out and back 3 mile dash from the Crown pub in Horwich to the top of the hill and back. There were some ominous looking clouds brewing and it was a bit blustery on the top but we managed to dodge storm Dave.
