After too many attempts to remember, the Trafford 10K finally too place. A rather early 9.30 race start meant that our runners had to get up at daft o’clock to participate. The weather was ideal for fast running, with cool dry conditions.
In total 21 Harriers made it to the start (and finish) line. We were led home by Paul Cain from from Leo Cain in second and Martin Sampson in third. Fourth Harrier home and first lady was Louise Gray from Toni Wilson and Berni Cain.
Fiona Bolton had an amazing race and picked up the 1st in her age category.
There were lots of PBs on this super fast course.
