A very wet evening at Cowm saw our runners get well placed in the results. Our first man home was Jorden Burke coming in third overall and first in his Age Cat from Leon Wint in second and Warren Goldie running his first race as a Harrier in third.

First Lady home was Jess Hanrahan seconds ahead of Tony Wilson in her first race as a Harriers with Jo Bishop in third making a welcome return to competition.
