We are excited to begin the next Couch to 5km training programme on Monday 13th May 2024.
Beginning a Couch to 5k program is a fantastic way for new or returning runners to gradually build up their endurance and fitness levels. The structured approach of such programs can be very effective in helping participants reach their goals, whether it’s completing a 5k race or progressing further to a 10k.
Middleton Harriers is a supportive and inclusive running club, which can make a significant difference, especially for those who may feel hesitant about joining a club initially. The camaraderie and encouragement from fellow runners can be incredibly motivating and can help individuals stay committed to their training.
