Middleton Harriers Fell and Road Race Presentation in Manchester Golf Club

Middleton Harriers Running Club celebrated a remarkable year of achievements at their Fell and Road Race Presentation held at the Manchester Golf Club on Saturday, 27^th January 2024.

The evening was filled with a sense of accomplishment as club members, their families, and friends gathered to applaud the performances of their teammates.

The event celebrated the hard work put in by all the Middleton Harriers throughout the 2023 season and celebrated the individual achievements of the runners.

One of the highlights of the evening was the announcement of the Endeavour award, which went to Dawn Anderson, who throughout the year demonstrated commitment and outstanding performance. Club lady was awarded to Cathie Murphy and Clubman to Steve Bassam in recognition of their commitment to the club.

Club Chairman, Peter Gilligan, expressed pride in the achievements of the members, stating, “It’s inspiring to see our runners excel in such diverse and demanding races. It’s been an exceptional year for Middleton Harriers congratulations to you all.”

The atmosphere at the Manchester Golf Club was one of celebration reflecting the strong sense of camaraderie between the Club members.

Well done to all the members and here’s to another year of running success.
