After an absence of several years Wednesday evening (23rd August) saw the Harriers return to one of their favourite venues at Lovelclough. The 5.5 Mile (B/M) Golf Ball Fell Race, hosted by Rossendale Harriers is a popular midweek evening event, attracting runners from as far afield as Blackpool, Todmorden and Swinton, in addition to the Run the Moors Fell GP Teams. Middleton did well with top 3 placings in Category for many of our select team – it has to be said the weather did nothing to dampen their spirits!
